Chapter Q - Questions and Answers Initial Scenario SSRI-5 says: "During the British Player Turn 1, the German player may conduct only TPBF attacks. Only *German* leaders may fire starshells..."
Q. Does the restriction in the first sentence ("During British Player Turn 1") apply to the second sentence?
No
i.e. Are "only German leaders" allowed to fire starshells for the British Player Turn 1? or for the entire CG Scenario?

`...increased by two.' would be more plausible. It should be "increased" instead of "reduced". Q5.1 How is a gully/irrigation-ditch hex (e.g., PB R22) treated.
