Board Game Reviews

In this show, we take a look at Uncanny X-men: Dicemasters!, Rococo, Medina, Subdivision, and Snapgammon. Geoff and Brian take a look at older games, we get some more legal advice, and answer a few questions. We finish up the show with a list of things we are looking for in a Kickstarter campaign/game.

In this episode, we take a look at the new Wok Star, Vivajava the Dice Game, Impulse, Bucket King 3D, Star Realms, Warhammer 40K Conquest, and Good Cop Bad Cop. Eric tells an extremely sad hotel story, we hear another tale of horror, and Tom talks about both CosmicCon and the Fantasy Flight Event Center. Finally, we end with Eric interviewing Stu Paul, director of the short film The Lord of Catan.

Tom and Eric talk about several new games, including Empires of the Void and Hawaii.  We also talk about Nothing Personal and other board game news, and listen to Geoff talk about how our will breaks down.  We visit another gaming store, and end the episode with our favorite types of money in games.

In this episode, we take the show on the road!  From TotalCon 26, we are joined by the hosts of Not Just Another Gaming Podcast to talk about a pile of games that we played.  We also talk about what makes a convention great, and Eric interviews several people, including Larry Whalen.
